City Council Meetings

Held the first Tuesday of each month. Items on agenda are voted to pass or fail. Members of the public have time at the beginning to speak about any issue they choose. This is where policy is made.

Held the last Tuesday of each month. Items on agenda are discussed and questioned. No voting takes place. Public can speak on each agenda item as it comes up. Discussion is limited to agenda items only. This is where policy is created and discussed.
